Answer:- Do not build the tube amps into the speaker if you want
to avoid microphony.

Guitar combo style tube amps with high gain 12AX7 and all other tubes
within the
combo box make sound coloured by the accoustic FB caused by the
vibrations.
Guys try to use non microphonic 12AX7.
Its the small tubes operating with high gain
at low levels which are most prone to microphony.
But for hi-fi, keep all tube amps well away from any vibrations.

Some guys use a head amp for their guitar amp, with speakers set up in a
separate box some distance away
which seems to me a better way to do things.
Ditto for any other musical instrument, including keyboards.
