If it *was* a current regulator (which it isn't) then yes, it would. The
output voltage of a constant current source will increase to try to reach
the designed current. If you want to use CC feed then you must use a
separate source for each valve or run similarly *current* rated valve
heaters in series - *never* in parallel. (The types carrying part numbers
like UF80, UCL86 etc. were all designed for constant current running at
100mA, so the heater voltages are all over the place!)
