Hi Ian. I use Sprint layout. There is a free trial version also

The workshop which I share has has prototype PCB facilities,
(light box, bubble tanks etc) ideal for high quality short runs.
There are plenty of firms that would make boards in
larger quantities..
I also get e-mails almost daily from Chinese facilities!
