 ** Lotsa old Fender guitar amps had 2 ohm nominal output impedance  -  to

suit 4 x 8 ohms speakers in parallel.

 Nothing needed but an OT with a secondary winding made to suit 2 ohms.

 Used to be common domestic stereo amps once, seeing

  0 - 2 - 4 - 8 - 16  ohm labelled terminals.
