After his recent foul-up, illustrating his vulnerable EGO that he has to
bolster with fake posts from sock-puppets, I do hope that in future we
will all refrain from even bothering to respond to his vile nonsense.
There's few things as effective as being totally ignored.
This is the ONLY way to be rid of him.
