The dilemma I guess is whether such Asberger's sufferers are Trolls,
because 
they behave in a Troll like manner, and Trolls are not and should not be 
accepted on Usenet, or they do not intend to be Trolls so therefore aren't

really, and a little positive discrimination/greater understanding of
their 
predicament is required.

I also understand that the latter may not be in anyone's best interests,
as 
you outline above.
