Not really. English is my native language and I have a university degree.
Those two advantages open a lot of doors that are closed to many poor
people.

Are you going to indulge your far-sighted "if I can succeed, anybody can"
fantasies now? Agreed that your mental deficiencies are a handicap, or
they
would be in a company that requires decent communication and critical
thinking. Luckily for you, not all employers can be that choosy.
