Arny should be very pleased that I don't live in the US because by now I 
would have paid him a visit to see if he would call me the same names in 
public, face to face.

Unfortunately Arny is one of the growing list of people that have hides 
thicker than their craniums and obviously have nothing to jeopardise by a 
pending law suit. Someone will only be afraid of litigation *if* there is 
something at stake e.g. house, car, money  Ergo, he hasn't anything to
lose 
perhaps.
