The total number of abbos who could live on the continent was small,
and they lived in what was a purely primate mode of existence. They
were indifferentiable from orangutans, baboons or gorillas. Despite
having some language and being able to interbreed with humans, we are
dealing with an order of existence not what is called human.
They are biologically obsolete, like the dinosaur, the passenger
pigeon and the sabertoothed cat.
