At the HE2007 show, there was an interesting comparison of a fully treated
room versus an 
untreated room, with the same high-end gear in both. My only complaint is
that both rooms were 
quite small, and as with most of the demo rooms, A/C tends to be turned
down or off to 
minimize background noise...thus enforcing uncomfortably close proximity
to far too many 
sweaty 'audiophiles'.
