I think you can use a AC to DC converter with say, 10 amp or less is
good enough to run your amplifier. The 30 amp battery for cranking your
car engine. Don't worry, it is safe to operate your amplifier at home.
Please do try to lower the output sound a little bit. Otherwise, your
neighbour or family members will mad at you.
