pro theatre

by "Jon" <jon2775@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jan 21, 2007 at 08:19 PM

was just looking around and this group caught my eye, then this posting.

i'm retired from the industry now but still interested in it. let my
union
affiliationship go, IATSE295.

classification is journeyman and also got a degree in performing arts and
sciences with major in recording engineering and production, minor in
management.

the interesting thing is that the same v/2d math applies to the home
theatre
as well as things like slap echo off the back wall, early reflections off
the sides, poor shielding on the co-ax input/output cables between
components and ground looping with earth/chassis ground.

sometimes i think about paying my back dues and going back, other times
i'm
glad to be gone. was mostly looking thru here and reminiscing.
