Lost my virginity on digidesign ...

Hi all,

Just worked on a Digidesign Venue for the first time last weekend. Liked 
it much. Downloaded the manual & watched the video tutorials (very good, 
BTW). Learning curve is reasonable; much like Yamaha stuff. Installed 
ProToools plugins were minimal; I wanted a Ping Pong delay & Auto Pan, 
which are extras & were not licensed for that system.

I liked much more, but will only fill in details if someone requests. 
Need Sleep. Some things I didn't like, but if I had more time, I could 
have resolved those issues.

If anyone has experience on Digidesign to share, I'd be grateful.
