I thought that until I wandered into "Currys Digital", in Croydon of all 
places, last week.

In the showcase was a thing called an "Asus EeePC" that I'd heard about
but 
never seen before.

This box could be the box that makes Linux popular with the general
public.

Mainly because one of the senior droids in the shop was actually squeaking

with delight whiles playing with it as I walked through the place (on the 
way to Croydon Post Office) and stopped for a look...

Erm..

Anyone got one yet?

For £200 they look fun and cheap for what they do.
