If you are not Indian (from India) and have such an accent that few can
understand you then you are not qualified to give tech sup****t.  One such
person told me the network gear I had would not do what I wanted to do.  I
just found the exact same gear doing what it is capable of doing and
designed to do.  These techs sometimes know nothing about their equipment.
