Not a guitarist but I've wired up many an earpiece in TV studios.
Yes....under the ****rt is best...and add either a clip onto your ****rt
collar or a bit of surgical tape just below the collar line (making sure
there's enough slack to swivel and tilt your head). Specialist audio
shops
will sell you pouches with elasticated belts so you can wear the receiver
under your ****rt down at the base of the back where it doesn't get in the
way.
