The Rec Association where I work have a Pass****t. It works for what
they want it for which is PA at bingo and picnics and occasional
*background* music.

Find a local dealer who will let you use a system for a day or so and
try before you buy. If you buy, get it from the friendly and helpful
dealer, if you have problems later it makes life much easier having the
dealer on your side and local.

Since you're the one using the system you should make the judgment as to
the quality of the system. You may be disappointed, you may think 'it's
good enough for an elementary school.' You should keep in mind that you
will probably have to replace it after a few years, stuff at schools
tends to take a beating.
Good luck!
