I would imagine that you inadvertently managed to change services at
sometime, FWIW this posting of yours came from Earthlink via. GigaNews
(who
provide Earthlink with their usenet access and are the best news providers
on the planet).

Whereas your 'new account/test/no message' came through UseNetServer which
is another provider of usenet news access.
