Shuffel mode with multiple CD's on a HI-MD

Just wondering.... If I transfer say half a dozen CD's to my NHF-800 
using Sonic Stage.....

And then select "Shuffle" mode... Will it play all tracks random,  All 
CD's random or just one CD random.

Been ask to jockey the disks for a wedding reception and the MD is a lot 
easier to "jocky" than a CD player or this laptop.
