I had this same problem for probably the exact same reason. I had a 3
hours recording with hundreds of track marks. Recombining them on the
MD or PC was not a practical option because it would be far too time
consuming for a not so important file. My solution - I just recorded
it into my computer in real time and ended up with one file which I
edited into the 16 track marks I actually wanted.
I don't know how this got turned on with my MZM-100. I've made many
mic recordings without having this issue. I've also recorded digital
line in no problem. This is the first time I ever recorded analog
line in, so maybe that has something to do with it. If you figure out
where in the menu the setting is, I'd appreciate it cause it is a
major pain.
