All NetMD's cannot upload recordings to PC via USB.  Only HiMD's can do 
this.

The only other way to do this (without recent model HiMD that will allow 
uploading of legacy recordings) is to play the tracks on the MD and record

them on the PC in realtime.

To do this at home, I use a home deck with an optical digital output and a

PC sound card with an optical digital input.  You don't lose sound quality

this way.
