Everyone,
I've finally found the once lost code I had written about a year ago to
create a .cue file from a NetMD attached to your PC. I wrote this to work
on Win98SE and it comes complete with a Visual Studio project, so you can
hopefully build it yourself. It will never be ready for general
consumption
since I really don't have time to work on this anymore. But, if anyone is
interested in it (and you have Visual Studio running on a Windows box), I
can send it to you.
