Hi,
After many years of sterling use, I have decided to retire my N707, and
move to the Zoom H2.
Bear in mind that my main use is recording live music and interviewing
for community radio. The Zoom's inbuilt mic capsules are extraordinarily
good, and with a 1Gb SD card, I get ~11hrs recording at 192kbps.
(Alkaline batteries only last 4 hours!)
I'll still be using my MD4, but that's another story!
I'd have to say that drag and drop uploading over the USB2 interface was
also a major factor. Real time uploading for editing, while the clock
was ticking the approach of my on air time slot was a major hassle. What
was Sony thinking?
Cheers
John
