Nearly a week and nobody has ventured a reply! Actually, my news server
has been
misbehaving for the last week so there might be replies that I haven't
seen. If
you have replied, I apologise for not acknowledging it: if you don't have
any
answers or suggestions, my thanks for thinking about my problem anyway!
