I have a number of Minidiscs that were digitally recorded from CD's (on
a Sharp MD-R3 deck). Now I would like to transfer them onto either my PC
or my Mac, along with my CDs (these are not a problem, of course).
Obviously I can do this over the analog audio line, or digitally if I
purchase an optical input device for the PC or the Mac. But this will be
quite slow, at 1x speed. And I might need to edit the tracks if their
ends are not well detected.
What would be the simplest way to do this transfer ? Buying a more
recent MD unit that connects over USB ? In this case, will the tracks be
locked ? Which software do I need ?
BTW, I also have a very nice MZ-G750 MD walkman. If this one can be of
any help...
