It's worth a try. I too have one of these. Mine can't be turned off. Well,
you CAN turn it off, but it will come right back on again. Pulling the
plug
for 20 minutes doesn't do any good in this case. But it's other problem is
that the trans****t motor goes crazy every now and again whirring and
clicking
to beat the band. I stopped using it.
