I have never seen anything with 20dB spikes in the noise floor like
that.  Personally I wouldn't buy anything with nonsense like that
going on.  

Even if you can't hear it in any meaningful way I am skeptical it is
messing with the signal in ways we might not be able to tell
subjectively.  It might make it even sound *better* to some.
