If you convert your MP3's to WAV, then Sonic Stage will be able to convert

and transfer to the NetMD via USB.  This would be a lot easier than
burning 
CD-R's or CD-RW's and buying a cable.

Now that you jogged my memory, I remember doing this once for a set of
MP3's 
I had.  The quality I got converting to WAV first seemed better than
having 
Sonic Stage directly process the MP3's.

I think I used a program called waver to convert to WAV since it could do
a 
"batch convert" of all the files at once.
