I was going to say much the same thing. Then I re-read what Julian had 
posted and caught the phrase TRUE FOR YOU..

That said: We used to have FI then fi, well, imaing fi in about a 2 
point font.    And it's not just fidelity either, You used to go into a 
store and someone was right there to ask how they might serve you (IN 
fact a British comedy show is titled Are You Being Served) the goods 
were all behind the counter, you made your selection and the clerk 
brought it to the counter. Wrote it up, took your money and "Telegaphed" 
it to the office your change came back down the wire (Trolly cart on a 
wire) and then you took your wrapped package.. OR, The store would 
deliver to your house.

Well, first the racks were moved out to the floor, and YOU took it to 
check out.  Some stores still delivered though.  Then the delivery truck 
was sold or junked, Today, you take the goods off the rack and put them 
in the cart, You scan them at the check out, You give a machine you 
money and it gives change. You bag them and you leave Never having 
spoken to another person.

We accept less and less and less all the time in many areas, and we 
don't complain... This will continue,  Till we get tired and refuse to 
take any more.
