True, because in my original post I wasn't. I only stooped to that because
the Sony Hi-MD Music Transfer Application for Mac doesn't work with my
MiniDisc model.

Nor did I expect it to, and said so. But 23 hours for a 34 minute file, is
ridiculous - even allowing for emulation.

I didn't flame you. In fact, as I said, I greatly appreciate your help.

It looks like that if I had a MZ-M200, MZ-RH1, MZ-M10, or MZ-M100, then
the
Sony Hi-MD Music Transfer Application for Mac WOULD work, but for some
reason
it does not work with MZ-RH910. Yet it does work with Sonic Stage on XP.
It's Sony again. The 80% company. Everything they make is 80% complete.
