I may have exaggerated a little.  I just transferred a 72 minute PCM
track in 37 minutes and converted to wav in another 3 or 4 minutes.
That's slow IMO but acceptable.  

I was practically given this MZ-M100.  I paid 30% of retail for an
un-opened carton from the Sony rep.  I can't complain at all.  I'm
happy to work this way.  This machine has the coolest LCD display ever
made!

The Edirol's are good machines.  They seem to get the best reviews
I've read on flash recorders.  

I can't help but think there's some way you could get far faster
results transferring to your Mac.  But then again maybe it's not worth
the trouble.
