I would be willing to bet that if I parked next to your house I would 
have download speeds in excess of 700K.   Just so you know, and not via 
a cellular network either... I mean, I'm assuming there is no cellular 
or cable tv coverage in your neighborhood when I say this.

The reason I say this is I've gotten 700K+ download speeds just about 
everywhere I park Including some places where the nearest "Line" is ovr 
a half mile away (Though that area does have both Wi-Fi (Fee based) and 
cell coverage now days I was using neither)
