SonicStage won't create CD-Audio with more than one track

by mcguinn11@[EMAIL PROTECTED] Aug 9, 2007 at 06:01 AM

(Please point me to a better group if I'm in the wrong place)

I am trying to use SonicStage to create a CD-Audio (to play on a
regular CD player. Yeah, they still exist :-)

I have music in My Library that was ripped from CDs using the default
SonicStage settings (to ATRAC, I don't remember the transfer
parameters). In the past I was able to successfully create Audio CDs.

There are no problems when transferring only one track, however when I
try to transfer more than one (even just two), I get an error "Unable
to transfer the following track(s)" and the name of the last track on
the list.

I was running SonicStage 4.3 on XP SP2. I tried removing SonicStage
(including deleting the ProgramFiles\Sony folder afterwards),
reinstalling version 3.4, upgrading again to 4.3, removing the music
files and ripping them again from CDs - nothing helped. I tried
several tracks from different albums - always the same.

I can't think of any updates I have made to my system that could've
effected SonicStage (but I might've missed something).

Any ideas?

Thanks,

 - Martha
