I'm not sure how you came to that conclusion -- I wasn't suggesting that 
you get any old deck, simply that you might end up having to purchase a 
used one and that it could be more expensive now than when originally 
put on the market a few years ago.  The anecdote about the car player 
was just an example of how prices on MD equipment have gone up now that 
equipment production is being cut back.
