If you think you can copyright or otherwise appropriate the practice of
human speech by prohibiting particular practices and legalizing others
that
are far easier to control, you would of course be met with the logistical
reality of the rather enormous amount of continual resources, of whatever
origin, required to actually enforce such a property, like for instance a
red army, obedient quite beyond the call of duty, not even mentioning the
feeling of unease and captivity that such a property would impart on the
global populatoin.
