You should have no problem whatsoever if you run in four channel mode.
Some
amps COULD POSSIBLY be sensitive to low impedance loads when bridged, but
if
you're not bridging your 4240, you should have no problem whatsoever.
BTW,
are these 8 Dynaco speakers that you posses all A-25s? I found the A-25
Dyna
speaker to be a very musically satisfying speaker in it's day and had a
pair
for years. I don't know what I would think of them now, but in the day, I
really liked them.
