You don't need color coded connectors for Polarity purposes. Zip cord sold
in
the USA is required to have a conductor marker to allow proper Neutral
connection on lamps. The most common is a Rib on one edge of the cable.
I use a felt marker to put rings near the wire ends to indicate Speakers.
