i got this thing for my wife for christmas/brand new but when she puts
in a dvd to watch, it plays fine for a while but then it starts either
freezing up or "staggering" thru the video.....she turns if off and
then turns it back on but it does it again...and again....whats going
on with this thing? its brand new...does it need to be serviced or
WHAT???
i know this is an audio group but any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated
