Your budget is restrictive.
What do you think power "at least 100w" means,
The speakers will represent a load - measured in Ohms
The source will require the bandwidth to be stable
through amplification.
The amp "drives" the speakers, it's ability to drive the
load stable is dictated by it's ability to deliver current -
amperes.
The speakers sensitivity is how loud they will go for
one watt at a set frequency and is a figure such as 90db.
How stable it's load represented to amp is dictated by
the speakers claimed rating (2ohms - tricky load,
4ohms - maybe problematic, 8ohms - easy load)
As you can see you require a lot for your budget and
arbitrarily insisting on a meaningless watt output of
100w is no way to gauge what you require.
Your best bet is to go the pre-owned route.
Type in google: "cash converters <your location here>"
These are a range of outlets that sell pre-owned kit,
you get to see it before buying, you get a receipt.
http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=cash+converters&btnG=Google+Search&meta=cr%3DcountryUK%7CcountryGB
Once you have found your local outlet, pop along and
for your budget you will find they will have in stock
many used amps of the mainstream brands - Sony,
Marantz, Cambridge, Technics etc etc etc.
Any will do for your purpose and budget of 60 quid.
