1. If those are the items you might consider, those are not merely
speakers, of course, but integrated amp/controller/speakers. Thus,
you might consider "Home Theater in a Box" (HTIB) options, such as
those made by Denon, Onkyo, etc., which consist of a more conventional
configuration of A/V receiver and 5.1 speakers.
2. Do not be put off by those 300-500watt numbers; they are highly
ambitious and quite suspect since, rarely, are they accompanied by the
necessary qualifications such as distortion or frequency.
3. That said, don't worry about the 20Hz response. You will not get a
heck of a lot for this price.
