Scott,

   My first guess was plate slap in the transformer but that's not likely
in 
fairly new equipment. Can you put a pad under the amp to isolate it from 
room vibration? Can you take the dust cover off and poke around with the
non 
conductive eraser end of a pencil to find the vibration? Be very careful. 
This could be as simple as a screw that needs to be tightened.
