If anyone can please provide some useful advice:
I recently got an old Yamaha home theatre receiver RXV620 which had
collected a whole pile of dust and dirt for many years (I opened the cover
to peek). Before I got my big suck vacuum hose and do any other cleaning,
I
was wondering if by dusting and cleaning would it hurt anything inside, is
there any pieces of electronics I should avoid touching, what tools can I
use, etc.? Basically, what things may go wrong that may damage the unit
so
I have to make sure I avoid such pitfalls? I guess I should leave it
unplugged, not connect any speakers to it yet...?
Any other advice will be kindly appreciated for a newfie like me :)
